Writing can be lonely, scary work. But it doesn’t have to be. Facing down the blank page, putting one word after another, creating worlds out of nothing, can be the most joyous activity of your day. But in order for that to happen, you’re going to need some friends—tour guides who have been through the terrain before. I believe a well-qualified and experienced guide is the most important person to know before setting out into undiscovered country. After 20 years behind the typewriter (remember those?) and computer keyboard, I’ve seen it all. Let me show you around, there’s some stuff here you might like to see.
Our Students Say it Best!
“My confidence as a writer was at a low point when I decided to take a class with Quinton Peeples. I can honestly say that his genuine encouragement and fantastic feedback helped re-ignite my passion for storytelling and got me out of that slump which I think so many writers feel at least once. Having a teacher actively working in the field that gives positive reinforcement in a constructive and truthful way is invaluable for the writer still struggling to make their mark in the industry.”—Writers’ Program student
