Mariana, who was featured in Success Stories earlier this year for the publication of her novel, Confined, recently published her collection Argentinos: Stories (Ahadada Books, 2010). The Spanish version, Argentina: Se Me Hace Cuento, received the third prize in the UC Irvine Chicano/Latino Literary Award. She has also been published in Literary Chaos, Tertulia, Rattle, and The Litchfield Review.
