Instructor Statement:

I love words. I love writing them, reading them and seeing them come to life on screen. I believe that if you love words, you have every opportunity to succeed as a writer. Creative passion is the most important element, and I am extremely enthusiastic when a writer embraces self-expression. However, for film and television, creative passion requires structure. My hope is to encourage your singular voice and vision while helping provide you with the tools to craft a well-built screenplay or TV script. First and foremost, you should feel gratified by your final product and my goal is to help you get there with material that is unique, compelling and skillfully executed.
