“When I come to the Writers Studio, I am welcomed by fellow writers who are supportive of me and my project but who are also able to provide the constructive criticism I need to improve. They also give me the motivation I need to keep on writing.” ~Chistine Tagawa, Writers Studio Participant
Presented once a year by the UCLA Extension Writers’ Program, the Writers Studio brings together a community of writing students to workshop with some of Southern California’s most accomplished writers and teachers. From among the 10 offered, participants choose one workshop in which they work closely with a professional writer in classes limited to no more than 15 people.
Check back with us in April when we’ll post the lineup for Writers Studio 2016, to be held Feb 11-14.
